What does Odysseus's failure to wake up and prevent his men from slaughtering the sun god's cattle signify?

    A and B are wrong because Eurylochus was not showing leadership skills and the power of that God's are not being shown with that part. Choosing between C and D I would pick D because the stopped there for the crew being exhausted not Odysseus but everyone has to sleep and it emphasize how he told them not to eat the cattle already and then they went against his orders. So, I'd say it's signifies the men's disloyalty.
