In about a 100 words, discuss the difference between a direct democracy and a representative democracy.

    When you begin to construct your paragraph about this, the things to keep in mind are that for a direct democracy, the popular/majority will get its way, and the population makes its own decisions because everything is based on a popular vote. A representative democracy is a bit different because the population will have a representative make decisions for it. However, the way those representatives are elected is through a popular vote.
