What is the correct way to punctuate the end of this quotation? Bin memorized the speech, but when he opened his mouth, all he could say was, "Um, I ... don't remember A.," B.,' C ..." D. "?

    The answer is C. Because you have to have a period at the end of the sentence but you also have to have quotation marks!
