Explain the difference between proactive interference and retroactive interference.

    Proactive Interference is known as the difficulty of learning new information because of already existing information while Retroactive Interference is when a person has difficulty recalling old information because of newly learned information.

    Interference is the relationship of new and also past behavior as well as the thoughts that causes disturbances in getting back the memory. The proactive means the old memories would hinder the capacity in order to gain new information while Retroactive is that where the new memories would be the one restraining the old information.
