What kind of goals would you set for yourself if you got this job?

It's depend from the job. One job - one kind of goals, other job - other kind of goals.

Well, my dream job is to be a dance teacher. Being a dance teacher sets standards pretty high. I would need to find a studio that is accepting a dance teacher, make sure it has a good salary, make sure that I can dance well, along with making sure I am free most of my week, depending on schedules.
