    Treating an opinion that is open to question as if it were already proved or disproved; to begin with a premise that is similar to the conclusion (goes in a circle) ie. women have a right to choose if they want to have an abortion or not, therefor abortions should be allowedThe unborn has a right to life, therefor abortion is immoral.
