If you met somebody with a different culture and it is unfamiliar to you, it should be wise to tackle any subject you want to discuss or talk about with precaution some times you might find certain topics which might be offensive or rude to mention. Little by little you might find more about his/her culture but always being respectful. To make the conversation more productive and educative, it would be interesting to share elements of you culture.

The questions you might ask should be related to general topics like food or clothes, maybe religion (if you see that the other person is open to conversation) education, country.
