    Choice A. Evidence and Choice D. Reasons would most probably be used in an informative essay. Choice D. Reasons could also be used in a debating essay. Choice B. Counter-claims are claims made too rebut previously made claims.

    I would say claim ... evidence is what you bring to support your claim ... A counter claim would be more like if you are debating with someone and you counter their claim ...
