    This comes from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code. According to the Code the employer is not responsible in three cases. Firstly, if they provided a seller training program that was approved by the commission. Secondly, if the employees actually went and successfully attended the program and thirdly, if the employer did not suggest or encourage the employee to break the law.
