What were the situations of national, which FDR addressed

    There were two stages of the FDR. The first part is in the fall where president Roosevelt declared war but then he regretted it. So one of his soldiers asked him if there could be a second stage. President Roosevelt accepted it and then the war started and the story ends there. : D
