If I am understanding where you are, act II scene II, then in that case Juliet begins to ramble about their life. She tells Romeo that she wants to change his name so they can live peacefully. Romeo, as he listens below the balcony, starts to hate his last name since it is a foe of Juliet's family. He proclaims that from hatred he willingly wants to change his name.
