The people who need education the most often have the least access to it, Why do you think that is?

That's because they have bad governments, which have no resources for good, much less close schools. Like most the children in America, we have many programs that ensure you get education know matter how difficult.

People who need education the most have the least access to it because they come from more uneducated areas that have less knowledge on certain things, therefor they have not gotten the opportunity to be provided of skills needed for everyday things like math and basic language and grammar knowledge.
