Which of these names the protagonist/antagonist relationship in the battle with the dragon?

    I think that Beowulf would be the protagonist, because he is the good guy. I think that the dragon would be the antagonist, because the dragon is portrayed as the bad character in this work. The protagonist is usually the hero, and the antagonist is usually the person that is to be conquered.
