    The best answer among the following choices to complete this question would be C) Precautions because its in the name itself, ''pre'' means before and ''caution'' means beware/be alert, so together its beware of something before you/it happens or does something, so say for example its raining and you just got those new pair of converse sneakers you like, its muddy outside and you just came back from the movies, it would be best to be cautious outside so you don't step in mud and ruin your new shoes so nothing unpleasant happens.
