You have seen these kids. Their eyes are downcast, their shoulders slouched. They retreat from spirited groups, looking for a safe place to play. Many have tears in their eyes. These kids are victims of bullying, and they can be found on any playground. It is time we start looking for them. Their complaints should not be dismissed, and their pleas for assistance should not be ignored. These victims must be empowered.
