The correct answer is: B) My great-grandma finally got Internet access because she wanted to email my brother when he went to college.

Reason: Internet (World Wide Web) is always capitalized as it is a proper noun. "college" on the other hand can not be capitalized as it is not a proper noun with a college title such as "Dallas College" College must be capitalized.
