Morgan will be going to college soon. When he looks up a college website to research tuition fees, he finds the costs to be unreasonably high. He decides to write a letter to a local government representative about the high tuition fees. What kind of letter should Morgan draft?

    The obvious answer would be the third choice or C. The others would come off as offensive and in this case he is not trying trying to insult them but have and make a logical reasoning

    C, all others come off as if he is complaining about the school. Because Morgan would like to go to the school (as he is looking for one, and cared enough to write a letter to them) so C will work the best. Also, due to the price, I suspect it is a posh school, and they would not accept an arrogant or angry person into their school.
