    That would be Yalta Conference.

The Yalta Conference was held near Yalta in Crimea. It was held from 4 to 11 February, 1945 and its main purpose was the division of Germany and postwar world as well organizing war payments by Germany. Germany would be divided into 4 occupational zones and they would pay reparations partly in the form of forced labor.
