Read the paragraph.

Things were going crazy the day we moved into our new apartment. The moving people frantically rushed around, and boxes were in what seemed like every corner. I certainly did not feel comfortable in the middle of it all. I needed to find my favorite pair of fuzzy socks; those always comforted me. I searched in several half-opened boxes before I finally found them.

Which revision of the underlined sentence best fits the style of the paragraph?

Moving day was full of nuttiness at our new apartment.

The day we moved into our new apartment was wacky.

On moving day, our new apartment was filled with chaos.
