The similarity between the Soviet and market economy farming systems can be seen in the fact that in both of the systems, the farming is on a large scale, with huge properties, based on one particular product that is required by the market. In the Soviet system there has been collective farming, focused on what the government has planed to be produced. In the market economy system it's the corporations that control the production of a specific product that they require and need.
