Sometimes it takes a crisis in order to encourage a response. The Bhopal incident, the Minamata disaster, and the London fog are examples of situations that may have been widely ignored until a major incident took place. Do profits, the power of corporations, human behaviors, or human habits affect this problem? In a short paragraph, explain how you think we could encourage companies and citizens to act before a crisis hits.

    Proactive approach

Proactive approach is often ignored in postulating solutions by government and businesses everywhere. It is important for corporation to put in place, as well as government to have disaster management departments to forecast such incidents.
