Earth's gravitational field is 7.51 n/kg at the altitude of the space shuttle. what is the size of the force of attraction between a student of mass 54 kg and earth? answer in units of n.

    Since the gravitational field at that altitude is known, we can simply find the force exerted by multiplying the strength of that field by the mass of the object with which it is interacting, in this case the student (who is presumably in space).
