Is protecting the biodiversity of the environment and salvaging ecoregions from development more important than human progress and prosperity? Is it more important than alleviating poverty, hunger, and other social issues? Why or why not?

    Protecting the biodiversity of the environment and salvaging ecoregions I think ensures sustainable human progress and prosperity and ensuring the earth is protected from degradation and over cultivation and pesticides also ensures that hunger and poverty will be alleviated and more emphasis needs to be put on renewable resources which will also provide jobs.
