    This statement is true.

    The Jews were forced to come out of Israel by the Romans. King Titus of Rome, in the year 70 AD, attacked and defeated the Jews, and after that he dispersed them into the diaspora and out of their land, mainly in Europe and Africa. Even though the Jews rebelled about this, they were not strong enough to defeat the Romans, so what King Titus of Rome had in mind for them was put to practice.
