    Answer and Explanation:

    1. Sensible heat can be defined as the energy which changes the temperature of a matter where phase remains same.

Sensible temperature can be defined as that range of critical temperature past which one feel freezing or hot.

    2. Atmosphere gains its energy from the sun. The sun beams heat the surface and its close by air is warmed. The hotter air is lighter, so it moves upward. The cooler air replaces the spot. So cooling and warming diverts the measure of energy present in the atmosphere and where the energy is found. So, temperature or heat estimates the overall energy.
