    As we go done the in the lower atmosphere the air pressure increases as we go upwards in the higher latitudes the atmospherics pressure decrease and this varies over the distances and in the northern hemisphere this phenomenon is called as the upper westerly air and winds move very rapidly here and the air is deflected to the right-hand side.
