You and Earth attract each other gravitationally, so you should also be subject to a tidal force resulting from the difference between the gravitational attraction felt by your feet and that felt by your head (at least when you are standing).

    Though the tidal force is felt by human, but it is usually very small because our masses are small compared to that of the earth.

    Force is directly proportional to the product of masses, hence a reduction in masses leads to a reduction in force
