    Explanation:

    The peninsulares are the highest office made of the men born in the Spanish government. The Creoles are the middle-class Latin Americans who are in the office for the Spanish colonial armies. The Creole and the peninsulares had both control over the land, the wealth, and the power in the Spanish colonies. And the Mulatto is the mixed Europeans and the enslaved Africans that stood at the bottom and had little economic value, which also had some of the Indian ancestors.
