Even the Leh and Ladakh is being affected by both side political tensions that are continuously going on for ages and don't seem to conclude as these problems have been created due to political benefits and no other country can solve this problem as this needs to be solved by people of Kashmir on whose side they are. Even after the removal of barriers and restrictions on both sides by the government, the problems remain as it's the mindset that needs to be reset not the policies or procedures on how to rule.
