High temperature, low moisture level, cold climates, minerals.

    Explanation:

Amount of water vapor present in air depends upon the temperature. Higher temperature decreases the humidity and also the rate of weathering. High temperature also increases rainfall and increases weathering. Wet and cold climates "rate of weathering" is fastest whereas low in dry and hot climates. There are some minerals like quartz weather very slowly and calcite, iron weathers fast. Weathering is very low in cold and dry places.
