    Overproduction would be limited by making sure the supply meets the demand. Furthermore, there should be strict emissions requirements on factories which burn substances like coal. Deforestation should also be considered when looking to urbanize and build new areas to accomodate the population growth and economic success of America.

    Explanation:

    The factories before the industrial revolution were some of the largest pollutors to the environment, spewing harmful gasses into the air.
