There is no land created or destroyed at the transform boundaries because the plates in the transform boundaries slide sideways past each other not making it possible to create or destroy land. They are most common on the seafloors where they from oceanic fracture zones.

In the transform boundaries, there is no vertical movement, there is only horizontal movement among the plates which slide past each other, creating faults, when they occur on the land.
