How can we reduce the loss of good soil or increase the soil fertility? What are the advantages and disadvantages for each solution? What environmental effects or for that matter health effects will these solutions cause?

    Soil is important for human being because we are depend on the soil for food generation, but soil pollution is the big problem now these days.

    The ways to reduce soil loss -

    1. to stop the companies to destroy the lands by its chemical pollutants.

    2. we can stop also the use of chemical fertilizers in the agricultural field.

    3. we must protect the soil from the running water because soil erosion is the big cause of soil loss.

    4. we should plant more trees in the region because the roots of trees bounds the soil together.

    5. we should make an agriculture plan in which we have to inform people that which crop is suitable for their soil.

    we can improve soil fertility by these methods-

    1. using green manure in the agriculture field

    2. using wastewater in irrigation

    3. we should plant nitrogen fixing plants in the soil, its the best way to boost soil fertility.

    Advantages of these solutions are that we will receive good quality of food which is good for health and environment will be safe for our future generation.

    The disadvantages is cost, since, cost of these methods will be higher and it will also affect.

    when someone have a contaminated soil which is produced by the polluted soil then it has major impact on health, like

    1. chronic disease

    2. illness

    3. weakness

    4. different types of chemicals in the food can cause cancer also.
