    Explained

    Explanation:

Europa is the moon of the giant planet Jupiter. The water is kept liquid in Europa is because of the fact that Europa is tilted at its axis towards Jupiter (just like Earth). Jupiter keeps oceans on Europa warm by generating large planetary waves on the moon. These waves cause moon to flex during eccentric orbit, and the energy cause the ocean to heat up.
