How are the climates of Canada and the United States alike and different

    The climates of Canada and the United States are alike in the northern parts of the US and the southern parts of Canada, whereas, totally different in the southern parts of the United States and the northern parts of Canada owing to the difference in latitudes.

    Explanation:

    The climate in the northern part of Canada is a temperate type of climate which cannot be experienced anywhere in the United States. On the other hand, the climate where the boundaries of the USA and Canada meet is almost identical for up to 5 degrees latitude difference on both sides.

    It is a lot like the Northern states with having snow every year, but they are different because most of Northern Canada is in the Arctic Circle.
