Differentiate the classification of pluto and earth's moon

    Earth's moon is not classified as a dwarf planet because it does not orbit the sun, but orbits us (the earth) ... And there are several other moons as large or larger than Pluto: Jupiter's Ganymede, Callisto, Io and Europa, Saturn's Titan, and Neptune's Triton. All moons because they orbit a planet.
