    Answer

The National Governments struggle in Afghanistan because of ethnic rift and attacks from the Taliban

    Explanation

Afghanistan contains 20 different tribes with varying ethnicity and different interpretation of Islam. The largest tribe is Taleb which practices a form of Islam which attracts foreigners. These ethnic groups are not equally represented in the government which is a challenge to form a federal government system. In addition to that, the country has been facing insecurity issues from the Taliban group with several districts under the control of the terror group.
