    An example of a statement that illustrates a debatable argumentative thesis could be;

    "College curriculum should be changed with respect to students' preferences" OR

    "At least 30 per cent of federal spending should be on reducing pollution"

    Explanation

    In a thesis, readers should be able to reasonably have differing opinions on the matter. A non-debatable thesis is one that is general accepted or agreed as a fact thus leaving no room for trying to persuade readers. For example, Pollution has contributed to climate change.
