Rural Chinese people and Urban Chinese people might have different opinions because people in the rural areas of China might feel like child birth is more significant that people in urban areas do because they are most likely closer with their families and more dependent on each other, so rural Chinese people might feel like the one-child policy shouldn't exist and a big family is a nice thing, but people in the urban areas of China probably think that child birth isn't as important, and it's contributing to the overpopulation problem and other issues in the country, so the one-child policy is a good idea.

Chinese cities are very over populated and see how the one child policy is necessary for the nation.
