    Explained

    Explanation:

    2. Radiation balance is the key factor in controlling the temperature of the Earth and maintaining a proper environment for the survival of all life forms on the Earth. Solar radiation which comes into the Earth is not completely absorbed, but some are also reflected. Albedo is the proportion of solar radiation that reflects back into the atmosphere. So there exit a physical relationship between albedo and out going radiation. THe amount of radiation reflected back depends on the matter, like ice has the highest albedo. But the average albedo is 30%.

    3. If the planetary albedo increase keeping all else constant, more sunlight will reflect and go back. So thee outgoing solar radiation will be affected and will be more. This will reduce the global air temperature.
