    1st:Freedom of speech, religion, assembly, press, and petition

    2nd:right to bear arms or guns.

    3rd:No quartering of troops in peace time.

    4th:No unlawful search and seizure. Must have a search warrant.

    5th:No self incrimination. right to plead the fifth.

    6th:Right to a speedy trial, and a good lawyer and jury.

    7th:Trial by jury, anything over $20

    8th:No cruell or unusuall punishment or excessive fines.

    9th:People's rights are not only limited to the first 8 ammendments but people have more rights.

    10th:Power of states, any power not given to federal government is given to the states.
