    True

    Explanation:

The Robinson Projection Map is one of the numerous projections made. This map though because very popular among many international organizations and companies throughout the world in the second half of the 20th century. The Robinson Projection Map manages to represent all of the world, which of course is an advantage. Unlike some of the earlier map projections, this one had smaller distortions as the latitudes were becoming higher. It came a little weird though that the poles were flattened, as that is not how they are in reality, while the western and eastern part of the map were curled, giving it an unnatural appearance.
