Why are some countries of Indochina (Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam) less industrialized?

    These countries lack intensive policies that can attract and foster supporting industries.

    Explanation

    A good advice for these countries would be to their government to create comprehensive policies such as awarding firms with special returns when they establish factories in the county, designing industrial parks to boost business environment and applying tax and tariffs which appeal to domestic private firms.
