    i would say D, traditional economies because they dont really have a "currency" developed and they mainly trade and barter for the good of the community so A and B are out. They traditionally dont have a goverment that would provide like that but more of some one leading them so C isnt it. D can be the only answer because those economies try to benifit those close to them and the economy itself before they do others
