    This condition is caused by countries that have a high per capita, high enough to be defined as a developed country. However, their means of production produce to much waste. Their profits are made by cutting corners and producing pollution. Most of this could be controlled with

    Some developing nations are just now coming into a developed industrialized economic nation. Unable to govern themselves and protect their natural resources. Some of heir people are making wages but the government is not strong enough to collect the proper taxes. Sometimes this is due to corruption with in the Government. Others are just inept or do not have the resources needed and sometimes it is a little of both.

    There are many worries and concerns for these countries. They have higher birth rates, death rates, disease rates and all around poorer health conditions. They have more crime in every category. Pollution in every area is higher, from water, air, inside air and ground pollution.

    Statement: Over industrialised, under tecnoligicialized, with weak and corrupt governments with poorly trained populations.
