Explain why ocean water levels do not change very much, even though precipitation happens so often.

    Because the ocean is big for example imagine a ball and there are levels. level 1 is the smallest and its easier to level up so when u have a big ball its harder to level up. so since the ocean is so big ocean water levels do not change very much, even though precipitation happens so often
