Ocean current that cools the West Coast of the United States

Such a current would have to have the following characteristics:

1) it would have to flow along the West Coast of the US - the only such Current is the California Current

2) it would have to flow from the North, as a current from the south would rater bring warm water with it - and this is true of the California Current, it originates near Alaska!
