Since the degree of 23.5 is so important to the seasons and how much sunlight we get, anything like 50 or above 50 would drastically change the seasons. For many weeks, certain hemispheres would be in mostly darkness, and others in mostly sunlight. At the equator things would be fairly normal, but each pole would alternate between 6 months of light and 6 months of darkness. Also, all locations would have extreme weather conditions.
