What aspects of Japan's physical geography put it at risk for earthquakes and tsunamis?

    Hi, basically Japan is near the tectonic plates, when those plates collide, when they rose, a tsunami, earthquake occurs. The place that Japan occupies is not favorable, because when underwater movements occur Japan is mot likely to suffer the biggest catastrophe, the surfaces that this country has are also a cause.
