The correct option among all the options given in the question is option "c". Carbonation is the process that does not take place in the water cycle. carbonation is actually a mixture of carbon dioxide and water that is created under pressure. As soon as the pressure is reduced, the carbon dioxide will form bubbles and get out of the water. So Carbonation cannot be a part of the water cycle.
